A woman is asking the Supreme Court to take on her case in which she was jailed for not issuing a same sex couple a marriage license even though she was the only clerk in the county with the power to do so and she believes that the decision made in Obergefell vs Hodges that gave legal marriage rights to same sex couples is “egregiously wrong”. It would be insane if the court actually takes on this case but she’s the type of evangelical who only wears skirts if that tells you anything
