I mean to each their own, being fat phobic isn’t ok at all, but if someone wants to lose weight or prefer to be skinny then that’s really their choice. I don’t think every person who wants to be skinny want to look any less adult, but just feel most attractive and perhaps healthy in that state.

yeah but for some ppl strong and healthy is over 200 pounds bc of genetics and also muscle mass but everyone always demonizes bigger women

if it makes them feel healthy mentally and physically then go for it, but there’s still a lot of people who think big=unhealthy and skinny=healthy when that’s very rarely the case. I know ppl who eat wayyy more unhealthy food than me but im still bigger than them bc of my genetics.
