i’m so sorry you went through this, OP. i’m not 100% confident about this, but you can press charges/file a report without having to testify. you can go to your local police station and file a report about what the doctor did and then leave without having to do anything else. your report is useful because so if another victim comes forward making similar claims about the doctor, your report can be used as further evidence against him. please fact check this, though; i’m not 100% sure if
