You’re not having a cycle! No period means no ovulation, means no cycle, means no phases. You may have some hormonal fluctuations, but they’re not progressing through any of the phases. What are you wanting to track phases for?

I was tracking them for my workouts! I was looking into cycle syncing. But if this makes me not have a cycle with all the phases, then I guess it’s a bit pointless lmao. Thank you so much!

Yeahhh you won’t have the same hormonal patterns that make syncing workouts with cycle hormones beneficial. Best to just take it day by day and listen to your body.
