I spend and average of 5-7 hours on my phone a day. I actually don’t even have notifications of for yak— but, I do put on this shit* bc I’m nosey so I quick scroll when I have breaks in life.

😔 a bed rot is necessary every once in a while, just don’t make it add up. You can be stimulated half watching full listening to a documentary / YouTube essay and other things while cleaning and such
