I went and my doctor said it's very obvious that I have it and she refused to do a pelvic exam, wants a STD test and a blood test instead and wants me to go on birth control when I told her that the pill was a last option for me. Useless appointment 😔
I'm going to the OBGYN to get my fist check up and I want to bring up PCOS and the symptoms I have but I want my doctor to take me seriously. What can I say or mention to make sure she doesn't just brush me off like others have?
