yes swear by the cranberry pills and chug cranberry juice as much as u can, shower often, use baby wipes to wipe, electrolyte powders and make sure ur supeeer super hydrated avoid intercourse if u alr have one cus it can make the bacteria go further but if u alr got it twice and it hasn’t go away get some antibiotics cus sometimes it just won’t go away and u dont want it to spread to ur kidneys :( (had uti from swimming in a river spread to my kidneys and I got sepsis don’t wish it on anyone 💔)

HELP YES LMAO this was like a year ago and i was in the hospital for a few days but I also didn’t know I had a uti and it was my first one so obviously do what u can to prevent it and if u see any blood like doctor IMMEDIATELYY do not wait
