ladies, specifically to anyone that’s been through/on a weight loss journey, where do you get the motivation from? the burnout is real rn and I want to motivate myself to have a better lifestyle but it never lasts so any insights would greatly appreciated

this pry isn’t super helpful advice, but pick a not weight loss goal. I decided in like April that I wanted to average 10000 steps a day for this year, so that’s become what I’m working towards and is something I can actively see myself make progress with

Being unhealthy is hard, staying healthy is hard. Choose your hard. Is instant gratification, staying on the couch and eating chips worth it? Or is doing that workout even tho it burns, and choosing a better meal more worth it? Is that taste in your mouth better than feeling 20 lbs lighter? It’s a matter of choice and priorities. Once you can make good decisions at your lowest point of motivation, that becomes your motivation. You become your motivation because you realize how strong you are
