I like my Mirena a lot better than depo bc now my PMDD doesn’t rage for a couple of weeks like it did when I would have to get a new shot

Pain was 7/10 and I bit down on some cotton balls, the sounding hurt more than the iud. Felt waves of painful cramps for a few days after but then they disappeared. I still have my period regularly, but now it’s much less blood and cramps than before. (I have both PMDD and menorrhagia, so I was using two tampons at same time before)
