I throw a jacket over the screen and set up a movie on 123movies for free on my phone. I’ve done more steps while watching Top Gun than listening to music

I recommend that if movies aren’t your thing try and watch some YT videos that seem interesting or brush up on some reading!

Also, whenever I start getting out of breath, I take a short break to get my breath back and then start again. It helps with lactic acid build up, so I’m not as sore as I once was when I was just trying to power through

i’ve tried watching a movie on the treadmill when i incline walk but it’s gets boring. same thing with listening to music.
