update: i started a calorie deficit about 10 days ago and was really really hoping I would be down in weight by my next doctors appointment (which is on Tuesday) but instead im UP in weight :(
im so sorry girly:’( i get the struggle tho, im currently underweight and trying to gain cause im sick of being so tired and weak. i want a booteye and its so hard because of my appetite issues. hang in there u got this<3

for anybody who doesn't know: our bodies will often hold more weight initially after a calorie deficit. it's trying to make sure you don't starve so it saves some energy for later
