I only use them on light days like pantyliner light. But yes the wet feeling can get a little much so you gotta change them like midday. It helps that I got 3 thick cotton period underwear from aerie. Thick enough that it helps with the wet feeling. But I mostly use them with pads so I have zero leak through

I actually sink rinse them then let them dry just so I don’t get blood water on my other clothes yk
