i’m sure this is true of many people but it’s not a “supposed to” thing. i’ll be 21 in 4 months and i’ve been the same weight since i hit adulthood. my doctor said i’m fine

I’m 23 and I’ve gained ~5 in the past year! I think the age range is tripping people up on this post but it is true that we gain weight and fill out a little bit more in early adulthood and it’s good to talk about it so that we can destigmatize gaining that weight
