Endo testing is a really difficult process, but if you insist you should be able to access it. Have you been tested for bleeding disorders or mennorhagia (misspell but Google should get it)? I got diagnosed since I had a 10-14 on 10-14 off day cycle

I’ve been dealing with a variety of endo symptoms for years and have talked to multiple doctors about it, and my mom had it. My last doctor straight up dismissed me and said there’s no point in testing bc I won’t take hormonal birth control and “no doctor will give you an ablation at your age”
