girl u might need to go to an obgyn if your getting hurt/ feeling uncomfortable while doing this. It shouldn’t feel like anything really, that’s assuming your doing it the “right way” asw. Wish u luck and good health girly ❤️

hm, could also be your insertion technique. Over all, you should reallyyyy really seriously go to an obgyn bc it’s a seriosuly uncommon thing to react that poorly!!

Have you tried a leg up on toilet or bathtub? Using a mirror? Sometimes ppl accidentally scrape across their urethras and cause themselves to squeeze painfully when putting in tampons. And with others, tampons just feel more cramps and painful instead of convenient and comfortable.
