i’ve been on my period for 3 months after getting an iud and i think it’s making me anemic cuz im cold all the time and normally my like eyes when u pull down the bottom lids that flesh is always like darker cuz i eat good but even tho im still eating pretty good it’s almost white 😭 not to mention getting dizzy every time i stand up and sometimes even if i just LOOK up to fast
