I wanna know too, I have to massage my head and it’s so prickly and uncomfortable feeling. And then I use a scalp massager too in the shower for it as well just to get it to stop feeling prickly

if i had to guess i’d assume it’s like when you pet a cat going the wrong way, like you had your hair taught in one direction for long enough that now it doesn’t wanna go the other way?? like people getting a middle part after having a side part, at first it just doesn’t work
