Since you had a good relationship with them previously I would ask the professor directly in a meeting because otherwise you’re just kind of hoping the issue resolves itself, so I think it’d be best to address it head on to try and get some clarity! Sorry this is happening it sounds very upsetting

It’s extremely bizarre! I went off of my adhd meds (but they made me like a robotic anxiety machine in class!!) and I wear slightly more baggy jeans now (but stylishly!) and gained a little bit of weight. I just feel more confident to speak up now- how is that a bad thing?! I suppose I will ask but I’m worried it may respond in more denial or gaslighting lol idk. How do you recommend I phrase it? Tysm for reading it

Aw wait loving the baddie confidence from you! Sounds like you’re finding yourself more and that’s always a great thing. I would probably initiate the conversation by bringing up your graded assignments and mention how you don’t understand what you did wrong to get points deducted. Maybe just also add in how you have noticed a difference in your feedback since your return and ask what they think has changed. Regardless of how it plays out don’t dim your sparkle because of it!!
