
This might sound dumb but I do the same thing and honestly small change is any change. I keep a lot of things like grapes and strawberries in my house if I want something “sweeter” (sometimes if Im really craving sweet I’ll sprinkle sugar on the strawberries) and then if I want salty I quite literally cut up cucumbers and zucchini, put them in a container with some salt and dill and there we go. Still eating at night but at least it’s fruits and veggies rather than chips and stuff!
