asmr? and something else i do is i squeeze / tense up every part of my body one by one. starting at my toes, then my ankles, then my calves, then my knees, then thighs, so on and so on. and then at the end, tense everything at once for a few seconds, then release. that always helps me idk why

I’ve had sleep issues since I was 17 and got a concussion. These are the only ways that have helped me 1. Make your exhales longer than your inhales 2. List random things. Antarctica, cheetah, light pole, garlic bread. Keep doing this and do your best to not build on top of words. Like grass, green, leaves. Make it random
