i used to think i was insanely fat in highschool and now im actually fat and i saw a pic of myself from hs and i literally was delusional bc i would kill to have that body again

I always found that girls that said they were fat but were really skinny ended up having issues with food. There was a girl at my hs who would say she was fat but you could genuinely see her hip bones and a hollow where her stomach/uterus pudge should have been

I’ll never get people saying “I’m fat” instead of smth like “I’m not as fit as I’d like to be” or smth

Yeah like okay they have body dysmorphia that sucks, but the step to beating that is to stop thinking of "fat" as an insult. It is a completely neutral descriptor. They wanna be judgmental and hate themselves at the same time
