Only way to know is to ask her. But also try to learn to walk in heels. Thrift a cheap pair and walk around your house. It’s not as hard as it looks.

i would always ask her/the maid of honor over what shoes are okay also if the dress code is “black shoes” that’s pretty broad, do flats fit under that?
