girl do ittttt!!! eggs are a staple. today i roasted some tomatoes and sautéed some spinach with them and cracked two eggs in it and ate it with cottage cheese. i also enjoy a greek yogurt and fruit and flaxseed yogurt. the other day i had toast with boursin cheese. i’m telling you it’ll change your life having a delicious meal and time to debrief before you start your day
yuppp try it out queen i promise it’s a game changer. also for me at least, breakfast is so easy to make delicious and healthy, and it really helped my relationship with food bc i used to hate “healthy” foods. just having 1 meal a day that was really yummy and was for me to enjoy that was easy to throw fruits/veg/healthy fats/protein/and a little fiber packed carb source realllly helped me out and kept me full all morning 💘💘
