
i’m kind of still actively in a recovery from an eating disorder but i’ve learned that liquids help so much!!! milkshakes, protein drinks, etc all help like more than anything. it’s really important to supplement snacks in between meals and try to fill in little things where you can!
the biggest piece of advice i have is eating what you want. don’t try to force yourself into a special diet or new thing if you’re struggling with food. stick to your safe things and be experimental fs but don’t make that another hurdle to get over. when i’m not hungry but i need to eat the best thing to have is something effortless, quick, and timelessly good. it’s not going to happen over night but you’ll get there!!!
