It’s so upsetting to see people switch up on the sa victim at Cornell because she asked 3 some. It also shows how many people don’t understand how consent work. She was drunk before she even got to frat meaning she was unable to consent to begin with.

and even if she was sober, she did NOT concent to having sex with all of those men.. They love to pick and choose out of all the evidence.

wait, I’m confused on how that works if she was unconscious.. (I still support her tho, “have you ever tried this one” or whatever Sabrinsky said..)

The issue isn’t that the Jane Doe wanted consensual group sex. The issue is that she content prior, during and immediately afterwards affirming it was consensual and then became embarrassed and made a false rape accusation. The evidence is overwhelming that she’s lying and this is based on her own repeated statements acknowledging it was consensual.

have some fucking shame. “she got embarrassed" completely ignores how consent, psychology, and the law actuallyyyy work. it’s not that simple. first consent is ongoing, not a contract. agreeing beforehand doesn’t mean every act in the room was consensual. not only that but i have not a clue what “overwhelming evidence” ur talking about because in her statements she clearly says she passed out and was hiding when more men were coming in?!

AND post trauma reassuring texts are quite literally a survival response called fawning. have empathy and take into account that they’re trying to de escalate before fully processing a traumatic event. also texts don't override legal incapacitation & coercion.
