I dunno, girl. We need more context cuz right now, it looks like you’re the one who doesn’t communicate. He’s not accusing you, he’s holding you accountable. In a relationship is expected that you communicate. Especially something as important as this

it just sounds like you weren’t clear enough (in his mind) in communicating that you wanted to stop being with him, I would need more information to say if he was taking accountability.
