Having sex? No need to decide if you want to now, just do it. You have years to change your mind, because you’re a girl.

You want to know the stats for how many rapists are convicted? Its less that 1%, somewhere around .02% of actual rape is actually convicted. I know girls with videos of their rape who still couldn’t get a prosecution. That DUI BS? You are going somewhere, driving there in your car, and before you start drinking you made the decision to drink and drive because that’s your “only” way home. Thats a sober choice turned drunk, which is not what we are talking about.

Don’t pretend yall don’t make it a girl vs boy issue though. I know you aren’t and I heavily agree with everything you said but a majority of girls are just making it a gender issue and ridiculing every guy for something they have and will never do

The reason it’s ever made into a gender issue is because something around 95% of all sexual assault is committed by a man, including sexual assault on a man. Im not saying it’s right, because it isn’t, but if your monster could genuinely be anyone, you tend to be against the largest possible demographic. The best way to solve this? Make the rapists, all of them, afraid.

Even then, it should be “kids will be kids.” Nothing about someone’s gender identity should impact how they’re held accountable as they grow up. We gotta normalize protecting, mentoring, and properly disciplining both genders.

I just looked it up. In the original title IX hearing in May, Jane Doe herself stated that she was drinking heavily before she ‘consentuallly’ took ketamine after it was offered for the first time. She is stated saying ‘you don’t look dead or asleep necessarily the lights are on, but no one’s home. Your brain is not functioning at its proper level.’ Other witness (Kretzschmar, a frat guy) said he went upstairs and saw nothing… which doesn’t align with the evidence (groupchat, and other accounts)

Part of the reason the punishment was so light was because she already admitted to consensually taking the drug and drinking. Does that make her treatment right or that she is less deserving of justice? No. Also K’s POV doesn’t make much sense as people had already admitted to seeing her, but claimed they thought it was consensual (idk if they stopped to check for drugs or thought ‘free P*’ meant something positive that shouldn’t be investigated??).

Either way tho, the ruling happened and gave the expect results according to the practice. Wait why cross out the part about how the alcohol and drug use was consensual? Why’d you intentionally cover the part that said she never said she was drugged and gang 🍇? She did not consent to the sex while sober? She even admitted to that. You don’t have to like that she consentent to drug use, but why make it seem like she consentent to being penetrated comes off as a little strange. Especially when it was clearly 🍇 in that case. No one should be having sex with an intoxicated person.

There is a mandatory title IX training that actually goes over this in detail. Just because two drunk people consent doesn’t mean that everything is now legal. In fact, trainings tell you what to do in that situation. I can see how someone could argue that the first one didn’t fully seem like a 🍇, but then 6 other men joined in with the main consent being from the man who just slept with her… giving the rest of the guys the go ahead, not her?? Then they went a step further by giving the rest

Depression doesn’t excuse, but it does explain why someone might encouraged to take the ‘easy’ way out (not just with children, but their own lives too). Testosterone on the other hand may increase libido, but it doesn’t give someone a desire to 🍇 , IK that for a fact 😐. Desire to 🍇 comes from disregarding someone’s autonomy. Women rape too, so that makes no sense. You can plead mental insanity for schizophrenia + post partum psychosis, but not every single man has a desire to rape a woman.

Plus, tho prostitution is illegal, it happens frequently. If someone really wanted to get one off they could find someone who actually wants it for a small fee. They don’t have to go and 🍇 a rando. For mothers, not all can find such an easy solution. Plus their entire body/mind is destroyed for a period of time. Some extreme cases result in hearing voices, seeing things, and feeling things. Some girls get a third nipple in their armpit after giving birth. Testosterone isn’t doing all that

upvote 1 downvote
default user profile icon

a temporary mental state caused by the short-lived after effects of pregnancya—which we know won’t occur again— is entirely different from extended mental health disorders which continuously endanger others. and acting like testosterone is remotely comparable implies you want all men to be thrown in prison or executed. your logic makes no sense, and yet you call others delusional.
