Walking burns a ton of calories and is super healthy for you! Go on an adventure around your neighborhood and just slowly go further out :)

It’s not too late! I was a lot heavier in high school bc I was sedentary (parents didn’t let me leave the house or play sports). But when I came to college I lost a lot of baby fat from walking to and from classes and having access to a kitchen in my college apartment

You don’t even necessarily have to exercise a lot either. I think walking helped but diet played a large role too
