kefir!! it'll help your stomach get back to normal, & if you're on any medication that makes your appetite suppressed, try not to worry so much. you're doing your best!!!!

take apetamin. it’ll help u actually hold onto the calories ur eating since ik sometimes eating a lot doesn’t help due to metabolism. talk to your doctors about it, they might prescribe it depending on facility and insurance

I’ve had my provider prescribe me Ensure (like a 32 pack), it’s typically a little cheaper than ordering off Amazon/buying at the store!

Zinc help improve appetite! Personally when I’m having a hard time eating I go for really simple deconstructed meals.

If you’re not on anxiety meds and you have the ability to see a doctor and get some, they usually help with weight gain! Also everything these divas said plus some weightlifting if you want to put on muscle mass!

Carbs- bowl of cereal/oats/granola in some sort of milk, Bread with some sort of spread (multiple pieces), some sort of quick thrown together Ramen/pasta situation (it’s a lot easier to make than you think), or Bagel dressed up as much as you want some fruit on the side (get your fiber!!!) then protein options - nuts, nut butter, some jerky bites, sausage patties, some smoked Salmon on a bagel or in one of these like “soup containers” salads you see online

Overall not perfect processed food wise but at least you’re eating and mostly hitting the food groups - I also usually have a yogurt drink or some sort of probiotic + prebiotic including If you’re having any cravings follow them the best you can food should be enjoyed when you can💕 and have some carbs you can snack on throughout the day
