You have to scratch to get them, unless you have a scalp condition. They probably stopped scratching too much

its head and shoulders but the one for super oily hair. i would look at ur scalp and compare w diff dandruff types and pic the appropriate head and shoulders for that type.

I don’t think it’s particularly normal but normalized 😂 um you can get scabs from having lice bc it makes you scratch your scalp so much or bc you have a scalp condition. I think if it’s a condition then it wouldn’t be those little small scabs that you lose easily, it might be bigger and more noticeable.
