I’m sorry you’re going through this💙 have you tried drawing on your skin? I’ve heard the pressure on your skin helps relieve the urge but it creates something nice

i haven’t but i’ve had the urge to. my therapist told me when i have the urge to draw on my arms scribble on paper instead :(
