stretch before and after working out! warm up your muscles and do your reps slow and controlled. maybe try working out in front of a mirror so you can watch your form

someone who judges people at the gym is someone who’s opinion does not matter, i just do my best to not care about what the worst person in the building thinks of me

imo, you should stretch your full body daily. when i work out i do an old cheer warm up that was kinda like tai chi but stretched the whole body. maybe start with straddle, going to each toe and the middle with a stretch up to the sky in between. fell free to dm me if that didn’t make sense or you have any other questions
