I feel doomed to get bullied everywhere I go, I have no confidence, and I don’t know what to do to help anything

I’m 24 and i realized that I got bullied in most of the workplaces I’ve been hired at by coworkers and hire ups. I also got bullied in early middle school and again in late high school. Do Yk of any patterns of people that get bullied everywhere they go?

Bullying doesn’t end in the workplace?? I can get by it in college because I go to a big university so I can just get out of that friend group and never deal with it again but even IN THE WORKPLACE?

I thought that I could stay to myself, stay out of trouble, and just do my job and that was enough. These have all been fast food/gas station jobs too (I lived in a small town without opportunities before moving for college)

People get really polar opinions about me so I have had a few close friendships that I feel safe around but I’m not good at keeping contact. I’m lucky that I have family my age and ppl to be around since they have more friends. I haven’t made friends on my own in a long time actually

I think they meant like along the lines of being a really blunt person or having RBF, or otherwise lowkey being an asshole (which, nothing against you, I’m sure assholes don’t always know they are one). I am a really blunt person so I have people that are taken aback by my personality but when they get to know me usually don’t mind me. Sometimes people are taken aback and just don’t care to get to know me and I choose to let that define them more than me:)

Also idk what to do about bullying, but the best advice I can give otherwise is to be okay with some people disliking you. Find who you are and love being yourself and have fun doing it. Be humble and kind and the rest will come. As cliche as it is to say, not everyone will like you and that really is okay
