I eat the least right at the start of my period and when I feel like shit abt my life. As someone who’s had an eating disorder, I’d say do ur best to not fuck up ur relationship w food. Eat healthy and eat whenever u want. Let urself develop a taste for fresh foods

Drink at least 8oz of water at least an hour before a meal, eat way slower, and pay attention to how your tummy feels. if you’re uncertain TAKE A BREAK this has really helped me with my binge eating.

I used to eat two big meals, but I split it up, and now my meal is half of whatever I’d eat in one sitting. I went from 155-ish now I’m 138. I also started doing meal prepping to make sure my meals are that smaller portion every time.

Do not I repeat DO NOT restrict yourself on what you eat all food is good food in MODERATION
