That being said, he’s beautiful. Took me a moment to get to Leroy’s name. He was “the cat” for a while. Looks like he’s got a little strawberry. Lots of languages got cute names for strawberries. Fresa/o (sp), Ichigo (jp), ttalgi (kr), caomei (ch) jordbær (da) fraise (fr), fraoula (gr), morango (pg), klubnika (ru)…. Don’t do german. Erdbereen isnt a great name lol.

From a vet’s daugher: no offense to literally everyone but 1 and 3 but these are brutally unoriginal names and while they can be cute, they’re sort of annoying for vets. “Hi I’d like to make an appointment for midnight” “sure give me a second to look her up” [screen showing page 1 of 63] my cat is Leroy. Not completely original but odd enough I can call the vet and say “Hi I’d like to make an appointment for Leroy” and they go “Leroy!!! How is he?”
