I love therapists like these because sometimes they say what we need to hear. There’s been times where my therapist has called me out and all I can say is “Damn…that’s really me??”

Yes!! I love my therapist so much for her bluntness. It feels like a good metaphorical slap in the face that I need sometimes in life 😭😭
