Usually they have a water station/fountain. Chug a bunch of water. It’ll trick your brain into thinking you need to pee. Drink as much as you can. They probably won’t let you leave without taking the test. Just ask them they’re probably used to ppl not needing to go. And ask how much they need. It’s probably not much.

For future reference, drink a lot of water 30 minutes to an hour before your appointment, as I’ve been told drinking a lot of water right before dilutes the sample and can make the testing void

I literally always have to pee but at the time of my lower abdomenal ultrasound I could not have to pee so I chugged so much water and I just felt bloated like a balloon but still no pee for an hour🥲
