no i use flex disc and i LOVE IT. its a takes some getting used to but i prefer it heavily over tampons. i used tampons for 5 years and a disc for 1

Nope! I use a reusable one by the Saalt company. Can be used for up to 12 hours and holds 4-6 tampons worth. Insertion takes some getting used to, but it’s SO. WORTH. IT. 👏🏾 it’s genuinely changed my life and I tell everyone about them
