honestly as someone who could NOT quit vaping for 8 years, zyns are the way to go. that way you can get rid of the oral fixation and ween the MG of zyns you use. just make sure you get rid of all of your vapes first!!

Yes it’s possible. some people smoke a pack a day and that’s around 20 cigarettes.
