
I abused caffeine pills as appetite suppressants (poor mans ozempic, I stopped now, saying for transparancy) and just stopped buying junk food/sweets. Lifted weights 4-5 days a week (30-45 minutes of lifting (did a back/biceps day, a shoulder/chest/tricep day, a leg day, and a miscellaneous day) + 20ish minutes of cardio until I was sweaty)
