I’ve wanted to lose weight for what feels like forever, and i’m finally doing it! Today is officially 1 month since I started to go to the gym every single morning, and I can already feel such an improvement in not only my body, but my mental health too!
I was in the same boat as you about a year ago! I’m over 50 pounds down and just doing general exercises nowadays and it makes me feel so great :) you got this!

That’s a good way to do it. Extreme diets mess you up too much.
