chronic illness is getting me down, any tips for nausea that aren’t medication? i know it isn’t exactly good but you guys are nice here

sometimes I listen to those “anti nausea frequency” videos on YouTube. It’s probably just placebo but it lowk works. That or carbonated beverages

Sour candy! Green apples are supposed to help with seasickness. Also I get baby ginger and cut a little piece in the morning and tuck it in my lip like a zyn. Then I chew on it a little throughout the day.
