Today is 1 year:
1. Sober (No alcohol)
2. No dating apps
3. Limiting additive sugars and unnecessary carbs (No soda, desserts, pastries, ice cream, candies, certain fast foods, no NA drinks/mocktails, etc.). Hard to fully do this one.
The first step to recovery is action, no matter how many times you choose to take that action again. Don’t focus on “fully doing it”- focus on doing everything you can to stay disciplined and be proud of yourself every day

I tried quitting all three of these before separately at different times and went for different lengths of time. But this time I just woke up it happened, no choice, it was random
