Only 2 months? I’m proud of your accomplishment but what were you at before? I don’t want to incidentally support someone losing a dangerous amount of weight. Just know weight is literally just a number and doesn’t define anything.

Started at 176-178 ish (don’t remember exactly but I have stayed consistently around that much for the past few years) this morning was 169.6 I know it’ll fluctuate again tomorrow, but I was like 15 the last time I was in the 160s so it’s an accomplishment for me lol (I’m 5’4)

Honestly I just started by switching to diet sodas and mild strength training, for the last year I’ve been trying to be healthier, but I haven’t been losing as much fat as I would like, upping my weight training and staying relatively consistent with my calories helped, high volume low cal foods are like my biggest cheat code lol

Honestly just identifying current habits and foods and swapping them out for lower calorie alternatives is the biggest thing, find out what you’re willing to change and do that, and the rest eat in moderation. Again, strength training also helps increase muscle mass which increases the amount of calories you burn just living, so when you’re on a deficit, it’s not as aggressive. Any progress is good progress tho(unless it’s like ed typa fast) so if it’s slow, don’t worry

If you ever want any more advice I can try to help, I’m pretty sure my dms are on. Obviously I’m fairly new at this too tho, so my word is not gospel, just make sure when you do your own research that it comes from reliable sources and don’t automatically believe all the trends you see online. Focus on your goals :)

you definitely know this but keep in mind in adding the strength training youre going to be replacing a lot of that fat with muscle which is heavier, so dont base your results solely off of your weigh factor in your physique and your strength too! or, the best measurement of results for me is how good my body feels
