Yeah my parents were working on it since before I got to HS and didn’t get mine until years into college 😭 I’m a citizen now tho but man was the green card a process! Hopefully they treat you well here 😭

Does your bf have immediate family who are American citizens? Like his parents or siblings if he is under 21? Otherwise, he would have to get sponsorship from his job depending on his current visa status or through marriage to a U.S. citizen.
