I just hit this mile stone too. Started at 225 in April and am now weighing in at 198! Feels like such a difference already! My goal is 160lbs.

I have been eating in a calorie deficit as well as exercising five days a week. I am also currently on a low dosage of Zepbound which I have responded well to!
