I just hit this mile stone too. Started at 225 in April and am now weighing in at 198! Feels like such a difference already! My goal is 160lbs.

I’ve been eating in a calorie deficit with high protein and low carbs and also hitting the gym at least 3 days a week!

It’s one if the best feelings in the world to see that 2 change into a 1! My first major milestone I want to hit is 180, then down to 160-150 :)

I have been eating in a calorie deficit as well as exercising five days a week. I am also currently on a low dosage of Zepbound which I have responded well to!
