I need to take in more calories, protein, fiber, etc. but I am a picky eater so it’s difficult when my brain says no to all the foods that has those things 😒. Any tips?
Brown rice and chicken is a great meal with fiber and protein. You can cook chicken literally any way you prefer. I usually cook it in a pan but the spices you can add make it taste really different
