guys i officially went over 24 hours without smoking, we will keeping going. I am so happy to consciously make the decision to stop.

Literally just keep the hours going. I started this way, just going 1 day at a time. Also, pray if you believe. Now on day 26

If you mean smoke as in 🍃 then just wait until you’re weeks without it. You’ll feel cleaner than ever. And if it’s just nic then that’s also going to make you feel free. But either way, congrats. Good luck on your journey

Thank you!!! It’s been helpful, other than remembering how uncomfortable and anxious I get when I smoke now. Like my body is definitely rejecting it after years so It has been keeping me on the right side of this so far

Ngl yesterday I noticed I was having some type of withdrawals like irritability and brain fog. It felt like I wanted to punch a wall but I distracted my brain with something carbonated and cooked food. Getting back into my hobbies like hiking to get used to the lack of immediate dopamine rushes weed gave me.

It’s hard to explain but it’s actually been very mellow for me to be sober. It feels like I slipped out of a glove that was too small 😭😭 Again, I prayed a lot about it and one day it just became easier. I tried to quit like 10+ times and I finally just got it. You quite literally just can’t give up

I smoked daily for 12+ months and I don’t remember the last time being sober for a month straight
