Yessss I’m so proud of you! I am trying to lose weight rn, is there anything that you found that is more sustainable than not? Like, I know eating 1000 calories a day will help me lose weight, but items clearly not sustainable for a long time (at least healthily sustainable!) any tips?
Find out how many calories you burn a day and eat less than that. An Apple Watch will help with that if you can afford it. I used to “mess up” by eating pizza and then be like fuck and eat the whole thing and then get McDonald’s the next day because “the diet is out the window”. Now if I eat a couple slices I’m like no big deal I’m still in a deficit for the day
