Fellow Christians, riddle me this: How are you going to praise God and also smoke on synthetics?

Are you talking about someone being Christian and smoking a vape?

Well, it depends. Is the person who is smoking the vape in the process of trying to quit or do they do it because they want to with no intention of stopping? Or are they addicted to nicotine and probably relapsed?

Everything that is a poison is often medicinal in the right dose. The New Testament doesn’t say “Don’t drink” it says to not be a drunk. Obviously it doesn’t write about vapes, but the same logic would apply from a practical perspective.

Quitting vaping. Relapsing on nicotine is natural, but only if it's natural

Well if they’re in the process of quitting and actually quitting and not just saying they are…then while what you’re doing is wrong, as you’re damaging your body God knows that we are imperfect and are going to make mistakes. There will be a point where they will get rid of their addiction and stop completely.

Of course. Synthetics are what the atheist Lucifer smokes. Vapes and carts are a whole other breed of treason

Maybe I’m misunderstanding you, what do you mean by synthetics vapes and carts?

Vapes are synthetic nicotine (as opposed to cigarettes, pouches, etc.). Carts are synthetic weed (As opposed to bud)

Oh no I got that but you said synthetics as if it were a third thing that’s where the confusion was. But regardless of natural or synthetic, nicotine or weed the same rule applies.

Sure, but synthetics are disgusting. It's way more real to go the natural route

But that wasn’t the question…also doesn’t matter if it’s more disgusting or less. In terms of the way God views sins they’re one in the same.

His view of sin is based on how you view it. For example, lust isn't bad if you direct it towards your spouse; pride isn't bad as long as you don't idolize yourself; greed isn't bad as long as you share it; etc. God relates if your views are aligned with His

He kinda explains that already though in the Bible but you can’t be greedy and share at the same time, then you wouldn’t be greedy. What I’m saying is, to God a sin whether it’s smoking or adultery, both hold the same weight. They both land you in the same place. I say that based off of smoking natural or synthetic. Regardless it is bad for you, you’re harming your body.

I love money. I want money. Do I share my money? A million times, yes

With that being said, I do advise against synthetics of any kind (there’s organic cigarettes and straight nicotine pouches) which is difficult given how much processed food/synthetic clothing is out there. Mixed cloth fibers take away the anti-bacterial anti-microbial properties of wool and linen. Finding things that aren’t at least semi-polyester or some kind of synthetic has become a challenge. The more organic something is, go figure, the better the body adapts to interacting with it.
